IQ and EQ

IQ is a measure of an individual’s intellectual, analytical, logical and rational activities. An IQ test measures your verbal, spatial visual and mathematical skills.

EQ is the ability to tune in to the world, to read situations and to connect with others while taking charge your of own life.

Cognitive intelligence has its place but emotional intelligence, although more intangible is much more interesting to many people because it provides us with a new and exciting way to look at ourselves that focuses less on our fixed intellectual assets.
